join a challenge groupThe Holistic Wellness Challenge Group provides an online group format to provide inspiration and accountability. Group members get daily inspirations, discussions, and challenges to connect with each other and build upon their own experiences while sharing and helping others. The Holistic Wellness Challenge Group is a 30 day intense training group to kick start your wellness journey. Once you complete the group, you are invited to our FREE Wellness Across A Lifetime Group to continue to gain motivation and support to reach your fitness, health, and wellness goals. The group is held in a Facebook private forum, the settings are on secret so friends can't see your posts or your involvement unless you want them to. The group will have daily posts for members to engage in and with each other related to topics on healthy eating, fitness, wellness, spiritual and emotional growth. In addition to the posts, there are daily challenges to enhance your journey. Challenges include:
Exercise Challenges (plank, sit up, squats, etc.) Healthy Eating Challenges (detoxing water recipes, & increasing water intake) Creative Inspiration Challenges (visual journaling, vision boards, mandalas, etc.) Mindfulness Challenges (visualization, mindful eating & exercise) Spiritual Challenges (mind and body checks, spreading positive energy, etc.) This is such an amazing program to really engage our whole body in wellness and grown from the inside-out. Intensive wellness Retreats
During each stay, a Wellness Concierge will walk you through a holistic path to healing and wellness. This path begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify: stressors, past trauma/stress on the body, toxins, coping strategies, eating habits, and barriers to your desired lifestyle. After the assessment is complete, your personal Wellness Concierge will walk you through your stay and to activities identified to maximize your wellness experience. Prior to and after each of your chosen activities, your Wellness Concierge will discuss its healing aspects and help you gain insight into incorporating these transcending properties into your everyday life. Your Wellness Concierge will also help build your passport to wellness, allowing you to journal and develop a plan for a lifetime wellness.
